To process a return, it is essential that the products have not been used and are in perfect condition. It will always be the customer's responsibility to provide the appropriate packaging to ship the return and ensure that the products arrive in perfect condition.
If the returned items are in poor condition, guardproject ™ reserves the right to make a partial refund or not to refund the amount of the items.
The period to return an item is 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order. In no case will refunds be made for shipping costs already paid. Only the amount of the products will be refunded.
In the event that, by mistake, your order does not include all the items you have requested, refunds are not made, a new shipment will be made with the missing products.
How and when will I receive the amount of my refund?
Once the return has been made, you will receive the amount in the same payment method with which you made your purchase within a period of one to three business days.
You will receive a notification at the time of the refund.
